Hamburger and Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
- 5 small potatoes
- 2 lbs of ground beef - thawed
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 TBSP of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2-2 cups of your favorite shredded cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown your ground beef and set aside.
- Thinly dice potatoes and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and set aside.
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Layer in the baking dish half of the potatoes, half of the ground beef, half of the soup mixture, and half of the cheese. Then repeat.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil and bake another 15-30 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
- Allow it to sit for 10 minutes, then dig in.
