Hamburger and Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 5 small potatoes
  • 2 lbs of ground beef - thawed
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 TBSP of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/2-2 cups of your favorite shredded cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Brown your ground beef and set aside.
  • Thinly dice potatoes and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and set aside.
  • Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Layer in the baking dish half of the potatoes, half of the ground beef, half of the soup mixture, and half of the cheese. Then repeat.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  • Remove foil and bake another 15-30 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
  • Allow it to sit for 10 minutes, then dig in.
